My whole Bloog experience has been one disaster after another. The kicker? Today marks the 30 day cut-off for returning the kit Everything was good at first, but I've never been able to figure out how to use the pcc case. I followed the directions, but sometimes it doesn't charge my batteries even after several hours of being in charge-mode. Then my pass through stopped working properly, it only works for every other drag and that's really irritating. I really really really love my bloog, so I was willing to let those things slide. Well, today one of my batteries is going haywire. It takes a full 3 seconds of inhaling before it kicks on, and then it doesn't turn off. The blue light stays on for a few more seconds, and then the light starts blinking.

No worries, Katiecat. Send them back to Bloog. we'll honor the warranty even if it's after the 30 days. Pls send a note with it that Mike said it's OK and let us know what you want to exchange for.

Thank you Mike. Can I ask what a fair exchange amount would be? I bought the ultimate starter kit, but I'm not returning everything, just the ones I can't get to work properly. The standard pcc case, the pass through, and one battery. It would be simple if I wanted an exact exchange, but I don't want the hassle of the pcc case or pass through, so I think I'm just going to ask for batteries and juice.

@korova8... "IF" someone was to get an eGo style, only recommend the best... Janty. Joye is just a cheap clone for armatures who didn't do their research.

But most people here prefer a real cigarette expeirence... or at least as close as they can get. Bloog is the best at that.
