So I am a noob around here. I originally bought the blu starter pack before I found this forum. I like my blucig but after reading around here I began to regret my purchase and when my hubby decided he would try to quit analogs I decided to get him the Joye 510. After trying his 510 I was even more dissapointed with my blu.

So here's my story of how I have adapted my blu to work for me. When I first bought the blu starter kit I loved the pcc and the flavors were okay. I did buy a new carton of their mint flavor (which came from their new supplier of juices Johnsons Creek). I was ecited because I had heard/read good things about Johnson Creek's juice. I was quickly dissapointed as I was having awful sore throats and headaches.

In the meantime my hubby got his 510 w/pcc from Cignot.com. It smokes great and the flavor's were good (Menthol & NPort cuz were menthol smokers) Although the PCC is not as nice as the BluPack.

So onto my mod: (I took alot of these ideas from other posts around here)

I took two of Blu's cartridges took the fill out rinsed and dried them. I then took the filling of both and placed them into one cart. (there are places all over these forums with videos on how to refil carts) I then used the juice we had received from cignot. The caps for the 510 carts do fit on the blu carts so I don't have to worry about getting juice all over the place when I'm carrying them around.

It now smokes better and no ill-side effects for me!!

I will prob eventually upgrade to a manual 510 but for now I have been able to make my Blu's work and will save a bit of money. I hope this helps some of the others like me.

Cool Erin. Agreed with stover, whatever it takes..

I actually still love my blue, 2 weeks analog free.
Try the PTB mod, I've been using that for about a week now, it works great.
Carts still don't last long, but there's really nothing you can do about that, they are just so small.
But the PTB makes GREAT filler material, wicks well and it is almost always sucked dry.
Only word of caution, DON'T overfill it. It will leak if you overfill.
When you get to a point you think it's full, then you've filled it too much.
It'll take some trial and error.

I've heard you can find the same material (it's just nylon) at fabric shops, or even wal mart. But I haven't looked around yet.

When you do get your 510's, you can mod the blu pcc to hold your 510's Its not a charger, just a carrying case. I removed the foam and cut it in half, then I removed the battery pack. I replaced the cut foam, which will hold four carts now. Then you can place up to six 510 batteries with the atty's attached into the case and close the lid.

The charger you removed from the PCC will still work if you still want to use it to charge your Blu batteries.

Also the 510 atty will fit on your Blu batteries.
