So Im convinced every since I stopped smoking analogues I have been suffering from Brain Fog.
The numbers where staring me in the face. Jobs that took me hours where now taking me days.
My work is mostly soldering tiny SMD electronic components by hand. Or cutting and shaping metal.
In addition to this issue constipation became a big problem.

In a search for a possible cure. I got obsessed with tobacco alkaloid extraction.
And spent months and hundreds of hours on working out a method that worked.
Also purchased from vendors all over the world.

At about the same time. My interest in using herbal oils and remedies in vape form grew. vaping is a drug delivery system. WHy not deliver some good stuff instead of nicotine only. Lets balance the good stuff with the bad stuff. And nicotine is bad stuff.

We tested hundreds of natural oils, and herbs. Its a long journey and along the way I found one herb that blew my mind.
In fact it did more to help with my Brain Fog than anything else.

The name of this herb is Holly Basil oil. Or in our country its called Krishna Tulsi it grown only is south india. Not to be mixed up with other Basil Oils like those grown in North india.
Within 48 hours my brain fog was gone. Then my mon and dad tried it. Then some friends.
I dont tell anybody what to expect. Just ask them to try it. And report back in 48 hours. The reports have been amazing. I have not sold it to anybody just gifted it to family and friends.
This oil was originally purchased to make it part of a Herbal line of vapes. But even if you do not vape. Just try one drop of this in a glass of water in the morning. And once at night. If you vape it try and keep it down to a 20% solution with PG or VG.

Nothing has helped as much as this herb with my ADD or Brain fog.
No Im not selling it. And Im sure no matter where in the world you are you can buy it.
Just use google. Just make sure you get the right leaf. Google has tons of info on this. So you dont have to trust anything I have said. Use google and take what others are saying about this magical herb seriously they are right.

If you cant find the oil. Just grow the plant. Put a single leaf on your tongue. That is enough.
This leaf and its use has been part of Hindu mythology for thousands of years. I finally get why they where so obsessed about it. Even though Im not a hindu.

I hope this helps somebody else who suffered as much as I did after I stopped smoking.

My wife is a big fan of oils and "tonics"! She has a shelf in our bedroom full of glass dropper bottles full of weird and sometimes foul tasting concoctions. (All combinations of herbs, steeped in vinegar or other liquids) She swears they work wonders for mood, concentration, and even colds and flu and stuff if taken at regular intervals (i.e. two times a day)

I say if it works and it makes you feel better use it!!

Auraveda has a long list of herbs that are supposed to be infused in hot water and inhaled with steam. I would not make a blanket statement like that.
I can give you a long list of oils that are used in inhalation therapy. And Aromatherapy.
They are so good that some allopathic companies have adopted and market them.
Yes I agree not all oils are good to be inhaled. Im not an ayurvedic doctor. But I do consult before inhaling.
And I trust Ayurvedic medicine over Big Pharma any day of the week.

Ive tried a lot of herbs. Nothing compares to this Krishna Tulsi. If your the paranoid type. Just eat it.
