When I still smoked, I did so outside as to not harm the little guy, but now he likes the smell of several of my e-juices and wants to try them. I'll be happily vaping away in my chair watching TV, and he'll sit on the arm of the chair the whole time intent on the carto. Just funny, thought I would share. He seems to be most partial to some of the tobacco flavored sweet juices.

Stop immediately! Propylene Glycol is extremely toxic to felines. That is why it is not used as a food additive in cat foods. Don't let him (her) ingest the liquid at all.

Very little, if any PG/VG in exhaled vapor. What's the source for this please?

Thanks :)

Here you go: http://msdssearch.dow.com/Published...ycol/pdfs/noreg/117-01660.pdf&fromPage=GetDoc

"...large doses of propylene glycol when fed to cats can produce an abnormality known as “Heinz body” in the cats’ red blood cells. Although Heinz bodies only appear to shorten the lives of feline red blood cells, FDA expressed concern that the bodies could cause anemia in cats..."

Note that it talks of large quantities, a bit of second hand vapor in a room doesn't strike me as a worry.

Dogs and cattle are safe with it, however.
