Just the two wires down from the two connecters soldered to the base. a little food grade silicone to make a good seal for the tube on top and bottom, shrink taped the connections. About the only thing different, these RC connecters have a small hole thru them that hold mini pushrods, I put piece of a pin thru them like a T and when pressed into the teflon hole it prevents the connecter from spinning when you tighten the screws. I used two connecters screwed into each other for the longer pos. post.

Here are all the parts before assembly including the ego to 510 adapter. This mod with the adapter is actually easier than the original by bohoo, no metal cutting. Using a ego cone with an air hole or the A2 sleeve for a cap until I mod the cap that came with it.

I probably could have soldered the neg to the case and eliminated the neg wire.

First pic are the assembled parts ready to go in the sleeve. The finished "Cheap line model bj", thanks to bohoo and everyone elses recommendations. 6 wraps 32 awg 2.4 ohms a 4.5v it is vaping great....

I was just going to use "Amazing Mold Putty" for the top seal around the +/- and mesh and hopefully some sewing needles with heat shrink for +/- connections. Has anyone tried these? GotVapes eGo Cone w/ Screw-on Cap - REGULAR STYLE STAINLESS [gv-egoVERTICALCONE-regularSTNLS] - $6.75 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more are they the same thing?

Yea, well mine glared at me when I placed the order. I am a little concerned the ones from gotvapes (where I ordered) is just the shell and doesn't include the cartomizer. She really glared when I started to order from MVS

Got vapes ad is confusing. They refer to the 510 threads not show in the pic and then they don't list it as included. I assume it is for the price.. Let us know.

RE: GotVapes eGO Pen Caps - Hell no they're NOT! How do I know? Coz I just got 4 of them. You get a cone and a shell with some plastic lining that is just stuck on the tube. NO carto. No, not one.. O yea, and NO 510 threads, just the big eGo threads. Do NOT buy these from GotVapes! Really. Thankfully, someone sent me a SmokTech eGo carto with the threads that bohoo used, so I will cut that and use it for my 'OG Line (Texas SideWinder Edition). That's what I'm calling it, coz I'm modding it so you wrap the wire around sideways, not vertical. I'll post some pix once I get it done..
Regardless, I will make it work, but it's going to take some real imagination. Fortunately, I have enough to get the job done... LOL.

Hey! Maybe you can cancel the GotVapes order - it is ONLY a shell. I just received 4 of the mothers from them. And yes, their ad IS a bit deceiving! Still, I'll make it work; see my previous post.
