I still have faith in vaping and when it does work it works amazing!!!! So I started vaping ego style cigs and then they crapped out on me maybe 3 years ago after that I went back to analogs. I recently around November December went and started using a LavaTube 2.5 from Volcano ecigs amazing tank they come with sucks all flavors I tried from them sucked but the device was awesome gave me exact wattage looked sexy with the KangerTech aerotank 2. I didn't expect the tank or the flavors from them to be any good so I didn't care. The KangerTech tank gave me problems with the deck getting stuck in tank part and leaving the air control and the 510 still in the device. Got that fixed with some loctite. Next was to get a sexy high watt mod I bought a Kamry 200 watt with that being a big talk are order I turned it on filled a tugboat new mod with some rootbeerfloat juice boiled fresh Japanese cotton and some a1 kanthal 24 guage bought 1000 feet each of a bunch of different guages from a local electronics supply company that was going out of business bought it for 5 bucks a spool I am pretty proud of that. So in total I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of items such as tanks batteries juices 2 monthly subscriptions at 50 a piece. Sooooooo the 200watt kamry I bought from VaporTek USA the screen died 3 days later not dropped smashed or anything. The LavaTube started to go pooey the positive button to raise the voltage now doesn't work I have to press it super hard broke out my electronics tools teste the wattage and voltage coming off the 510 on the device it was all over now when it was so stable. The Lavatube I bought directly from the manufacturer.

Oh, I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble. I like your Carhaart hat. :)

I owned a vamo and the threading on there wasn't so great......stripped easily. I haven't owned the Kamry you posted about.

Maybe you should consider at US made PV at this point......a provari or a reo. I have really never heard of many problems with these and have been here for almost 3 years. P is a regulated mod, Reo is a mechanical.

Keep trying!

IN the meantime I would put in a ticket with your vendor on the one that went blooey w/in 3 days. That is really not acceptable unless you did something with it that it is not made to do.

While I agreee that chinese manufacturing isn't great sometimes, I have appliances like microwave, tosater oven, hair dryer, and stuff that is still going 3+ years and some 5+. Seems like if you pay for something it should at least last a few years!

I am super impressed with the latest sigelei boxes in terms of their build quality, durability and performance.

I've been through the whole buying crappy hardware over and over again phase and it sucks. Like anything else, sometimes a bargain is not a bargain.

WElcome and I hope you find some gear and juices that will work for you .

While I dont use reg anymore I was a biiig provari fan (had 4 at one time) still got one in my tool box and I dont mean vaping tool box its 4 years old and beat to holy heck every once in a while I take it out and yup still works like the day I bought it. Andthat tool box bounces around my car trunk lol.

Im sure at this point there are other good reg mods by now but I have still not seen anything as indestructable and durable as a provari 2.5

I think it was a lawnmower and a semi truck were the only 2 times I seen them destroyed and the one hit by the truck would still light up lol

Technology has really changed...buy yourself a sigelei or a ipv3 or best yet an ipv mini 2 and an aspire atlantis tank and the .... will work exactly like its suppose to. I felt the same way you did. The new sub ohm tanks and the box mods change everything....competition is fierce right now so its easy for you to find a good price. Trust me dude....you will not be disappointed.

I think those ipv minis are great little mods. I'd still recommend a Reo to anyone who's not afraid of spending a bit of money that's been the best mod I've ever gotten and of course the mvp2 I owned and still own. That things been through hell. I personally always had problems with the kangertech tanks, not the sub tanks but it seems like all of the others I had a lot of issues with, or friends did...and I was eating coils like I was watching cartoons and eating cereal -__-
