Hey everyone,

I just got one of these new diamond series batteries and it worked great for about a day! But now when I screw on any of my cartomizers they wont work on it. Those same cartomizers work just fine on my other XL auto battery.

The battery still lights up when I try to take a pull from the cartomizer, so I'm just guessing that some connection isn't being made somewhere. Do any of you know of a way to fix it? Having just one battery for the Super Bowl wont be ideal!

If you look straight down the battery connection end at the post, it may be pushed down too far. Try pulling that up a bit and it should work.

Whenever I read this fix, I'm not quite sure what the post is. Sorry for my ignorance. But is it the round thing in the middle that has the hole in it?

Newme, the post refers to the center ring in the middle of the battery connector. If the post has been pushed down, say..from screwing the battery into the recharger to tightly, you can take a paper clip, straighen it out, place the tip into the center hole of post and lightly pry the post up on one side, then the other to make a solid connection between the battery and the cartomizer.

Signs the post needs to be lifted: The battery lights up while drawing on it, but little to no vapor comes through. To avoid pushing the post down, only screw the battery into the recharger far enough for it the battery to blink 3 times, and the charger indicator light to go from green to red.

Hope that helps....

I am having this problem also, I have been straightening the post and it works for a little while then I have to do it again, and again and again....It is getting really annoying. I already sent a ticket through to support. I have 2 of these batteries and they both are doing it. I shouldn't have to stick pointy things down in the battery to get it to work. I don't have to with the normal batteries. I love the way they look but boy are they work! ;)

when I screw any of my batteries in to charge I just screw them in enough to make them blink 3 times then stop and make sure the red light is on. They are not even tightly screwed in. I am wondering if I just got faulty ones but they came seperately so I can't imagine my luck of getting 2 faulty batteries. I sent a ticket in to see what else I can do.
