I'm going to do my first diy e juice from scratch this week. I read all the safety procedures and think I'm ready to start making my own juice. I open to all suggestions and tips.

I got a free sample(2.00 shipping) of nude nicotine at 100mg 15ml in 100%VG Base. My goal is to cut it down to 12.5mg 75vg25pg. I bought some glass bottles to store it in. From my math, I would have to add 30ml PG and 75ml VG to the 15ml 100mg VG sample to get 120ml of 12.5mg 75/25 nic base.

Once I dilute the nicotine base down to desired levels I will use for various recipes. I only have 3 flavors at the moment well 4 if you include menthol.

Any tips? Should I mix in the pg first, does it matter? How can I ensure the nicotine is properly mixed throughout?
I'm think I will mix it down to 25 first make sure that's all mixed up good then dilute it further to 12.5mg

I keep my Nic , PG and VG separate and use the "E juicemeup" calculator to tell me how much to add of each for each recipe i plan on making .

All you do is put in the amount of juice you want to make , the percentage of the Nic you want it to be , the ratio of PG/VG you want it to be and the flavoring percentages you plan on using and hit calculate .

It tells you exactly how much to use of each. Since you have 100 mg nic it is easy as pie , just make sure you put in that the 100 mg Nic is VG based .

Here is a screenshot of the ejuice calculator I use. If you told us what flavor percentages you wanted I would have filled in that also. It is a piece of cake using the calculators. So this shot shows only VG,PG and Nic. Not sure why you wanted 12.5 mg of Nic but........

I kind of cheat and don't DIY all from scratch. I use a base liquid that is pre-mixed to the PG, VG, and Nic levels that I want. Then I just add one or two concentrated flavorings to that. I use the Ejuice Me Up calculator, which is a local program that runs on my computer, and/or an online calculator from Ecigvape, usually the Combining Calculator, although there are more than a few available on that site. There many other online calculators that can be used as well.

    Good luck to ya! :)

I just thoroughly stir my mix. I do the shake :w00t: before I put it in whatever clearo I'm using. I also shake the liquids in their respective bottles before I mix them together, especially the base liquid, which is PG, VG, and Nicotine. I would expect a shake to be more effective at mixing things together, just watch out for loose caps or covers or something. Although this particular incident isn't related to vaping at all, I still have 'daytime nightmares' of the time I shook up a bottle of mustard without checking first to see if the lid was on tight..

I mixed it to 25mg and took half of that and made 12.5mg. I tried out some of the flavors I got, seems to vape well. I dont really like FA Watermelon that much, but other than that seems all good. Im just trying out the flavors one by one then I'll mix some of these together till I can order more. I want to recreate Vapes Gone Wild's Stoner Delight. Anyone here tried that?
