My ecig broke :(

It finally happened. I had my Buzz in my pocket and it fired until obviously it pooped out. I'm so sad. I dunno if mike will fix or replace it, and I'm sure it will cost money and I am broke. I don't have any other ecigs. Even if I got a disposable or even a Kr808 it wouldn't cut it because it's not strong enough for me. I feel like I'm going crazy because I haven't had a vape all day. This really really sucks.
I dunno what to do. Even if I HAD the money to replace it it wouldn't get here for atleast a few days!
Wish I hadn't lost my job. As if things couldn't get any worse...

Awww! Thumper. Have you contacted Mike? I didn't think you could kill a Buzz like that. Maybe it ain't dead. How long have you had it? There's a 6 month warrantee on it you know. Mike's a pretty good guy. I'm sure he'll help you out.

I agree go to PIF and ask. Maybe see if they can round you up a box mod of some sorts since they'd be the cheapest way to come up with something with more punch.

If it was firing on its own, the PCB in it probably blew. I have one that did that. juice somehow managed to get down inside the electronics. Don't ask because I'm not a dripper...cartos only. Mike replaced the board for cost of shipping. I had to pay to and from for the fix. Shoot him an email or PM on his forum.

There is a way.... but it takes some luck:

Quick-wire (MacGyver) a 5 volt PT. You'll need to have:
1) a USB cord that you can cut
2) a button (bigger = better)
3) Some kind of USB power supply that can provide 1.5 amps or more (2.0 amp or more is better)
4) An atty connector
Basically Wire the hot through the button to the center post. The ground to the atty shell.

That's an "emergency PT".

Better to solder the connections if you can. Atty connectors can be had off of old batteries.

I understand financial hardship but you always would've made sure you had cigs back when so I can't understand anyone testing fate with a single PV. Yeah if you're really that broke you better try PIF. Good luck.

Maybe someone in Tenn could lend you a pv to use until yours is repaired. Check out the local Tenn forums if any? Maybe email PIF mod. If for some reason you cannot get your Buzz repaired you can go over to PIF and trade out some of your goods for a battery/charger/etc.

Write an email to your supplier and explain what happened they should either send you free replacement if you are under warranty or sell you a replacement part. Hope this was helpful

I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties! Hang in there man. There are a lot of wonderful people on the ECF, definately check out the PIF forum. I'm sure theres someone there who can lend a hand. I hear you on the job front, my wife is fighting for her unemployment and I only have a part time job thats not paying the bills. Tough times for many right now. Try a disposable before you buy a pack of smokes! I see them in speedway and 7-11, I'm not sure what is near you. Good luck!
