I bought an NPro (RN4081) last Sunday, and struggled mightily with it as far as getting good, consistent draws. So on Monday afternoon I ordered a 510 (Yeti) with a manual battery, got it on Wednesday, and I just love that thing.
Problem is, I didn't read up enough on buying juice from Johnson Creek, and though I ordered that Monday afternoon as well, it has still not arrived yet. And last night I finished my last 510 cartridge that came with the starter kit.
Luckily for me I also ordered three pre-filled 5-packs of the new double cartridges for the NPro on Monday in case I didn't like the 510 and wanted to keep using the NPro. I still have those double cartridges.
Well, I noticed that the double cartridges for the NPro are about the same size as the 510 cartridges, so I used tweezers to pull the pre-filled stuffing out of the NPro doubles and stuffed them into one of the 510 cartridges. The process was pretty messy, but not as bad as I feared it would be. It works just fine and I'm now back to happily puffing away.
Unfortunately, the juice that came with double cartridges is nowhere near as tasty as the juice that came with the 510 cartridges, but at least I am able to keep using my 510 until I get my Johnson Creek juices.
Hopefully there's some useful info in there somewhere that might save someone else some misery.
