The following list are medical\physical changes which I have personally experienced in the last week. It is possible that I accidentally took some form of 'do it all medication' from some unknown source but I'm convinced it's from the lack of those analog smokes I gave up last week.

1. I can breath so much better.
2. I am noticing the smell and taste foods. I swear the other morning I had a sausage biscuit to die for.
3. I no longer wake up with what I thought was arthritis. My bones, muscles and joints ached in the morning for years until the day that just happens to be the morning following the day I started smoking e-cigs. :)
4. Do i need to mention the smell.
5. I think more clearly.
6. I also have the same $20.00 dollar bill in my pocket for a week.

Ive been vaping now for a week and I am totally convinced the significance of vaping is played down in the media and elsewhere.

aint that the truth...vaping is such a hidden gem...really, if more folks knew about it, and were introduced to GOOD ecigs, i do believe that the analog cig industry would almost shut down. every time i walk by the smoke shacks at work on military post, and see everyone smoking, i just shake my head, thinking, "gosh if they only knew"

Yes the $20 is there but wait for your credit card bill! It's worth it though. I feel much better. My sinuses cleared up after being a mess for a decade. I can breath through my nose, even when I wake up. I'm not coughing. My fingernails aren't yellow. My cheeks are pink! My hair smells like vanilla. Wow I sound attractive - i am going to marry me. haha

Hit a good buffet with your new sense of smell. I think I had melted butter up to my elbows eating these huge shrimp things that tasted a it like lobster. I was still eating when my fiance was done! Was yummy.

OK you got me thinking

what have I spent ( aprox )

$58 on my eGo-T kit
$10 on a case for it
$18 on a larger battery
$10 on a package of tanks
$22 on spare attys
and around $70 on juice
And probably at least $30 on shipping

I have spent around $218

I have stuff to last me for a at least a couple more months

Smoking

$5 - $6 a day

30 days in a month... that is $165 a month, wife also quit and using my stuff... so that is another $60 a month

$225 a month

I will break even before this month is out... if *( and this is a big if ) IF I stop buying stuff.

Of course, money isn’t really my main concern.... I would pay more just to not be smoking.

Hey AM,
Where did you get the atomizers? I bought a 21st Century kit, then found the forum; then bought a 510 kit because I couldn't find any parts for the 21st Century.

Awesome! I've only been off smokes for 4 days but I swear I can already breath easier.

I tried to quit smoking many times and even lasted almost 1 year without it than came stright back (too many friends that smoke and to many parties lol) but after I started the e-cigs I only get cravings for that I dont even like the tabacco flavours after a while you want to try different flavours which in my opinion tastes far better than tobacco
