If you compress the cap just a very little, it will fit really tight. But since there is no pressure pushing it off, it stays put. I made it so that I can remove it if I have a problem with the circuitry. It is still totally sealed on the inside top, and on the bottom, right under the switch so I would short anything with liquid.
Nice mod, I just did a 5v all in one unit, will charge any usb device at 5v 500 mA, can be recharged off any usb port, and it will also power a 510 atty at 5v 
It is a Lenmar PPUMINI emergency charger with a max capacity of 2.5Wh.
I wanted to create my own thread for this but sadly I can not. I am very excited about this because it still retains all original functionality and is also a high capacity battery for my 510.
But I like the Bolt you made although I prefer black or chrome myself. I also like the small size of my mod.
