Hey y'all, long story short, I accumulated a bunch of spare parts and decided to build me PV. I'm mainly using parts from an Ego twist, K200, and whatever else I can find in my shop or in the junk drawer. It's one of my old stainless flasks and I already removed the bottom, pressed in the 510 thread from the K200 and pressed on a tank adapter and removed the attached screw top. I decided to mainly use the Twist parts and the brass buttons from the K200. Mount the fire button one side of the atty and mount the ego boost dial on the opposite side.

Now my dilemma is., how do I keep everything secured on the inside. I have a few ideas floating around, but I'd rather not say because I'm sure it'll end up off topic. If y'all have any suggestions, I'm all ears. Thanks, guys. CAM00126[1].jpgIMG_20130614_021602[1].jpg

Just what are you looking to secure?

For permanent fixtures, I use epoxy, such as J-B KwikWeld or J-B Weld.

I have used DAP 100% clear silicone sealant for less permanent bonds, and filler. Some like to use hot glue, too.

Either of those that I use work well, though I'd rough up metal surfaces before applying them.
