My first e-cigar...

Hi, i just got my first e-cigar...

This is what i got: S9-N-113 from here: kw2328 .com/en/proview.asp?id=27

Well i didnt bought it from China since im in europe i bought it from a reseller

The problem is i dont see smoke...and i feel im doing something wrong
Why i dont see smoke?

When i plug it into the USB charger i see a green light for 1 sec then it turns red and stays red and when i unplug it it blinks 3 times then nothing

I also have e-liquid but i dont know how to refill or when to do it...

Sounds like you need to charge the battery fully. Place it on the USB charger until the red light turns green (usually a couple of hours).

Agreed. You just have to let it charge, the light from the charger has to be GREEN to show it's charged. The 'flashing' you see is just to show you that the connection between the cigar and the charger has been made.

Wait until it turns green, then try again.
