For future reference - pictures like the one in the OP are what we need to make it right... we just need to be able to discern that the package obviously arrived damaged and we can submit an insurance claim and get everyone reimbursed.

After seeing John's pic and hearing about the leaking juice, I was a little worried about our BOGO package. But it arrived safe and sound, wrapped up so well, not a single bottle damaged in any way. (Even the ZOTZ made it! Yer slippin', Nick!!) Kudos to NT, you got another box past Olga!
