I'm not sure tbh. I typically do UC Steeping @ 120 (natural temp that the UC gets to during continuous use). It makes flavors weird the next day, and then the following two days, things start to come together. That said, I still have mixes change a ton on me over the coming week or two, so honestly, I'm not sure. :/

Flavor art butterscotch is really nasty at 5 percent but I haven't played around with it much I'll definitely try this though honestly cap vc v1 will make almost any mix taste good or atleast vape able lol lately I've been vaping some of that grants vc clone that probably isn't the really recipe but I wouldn't know I never had grants it's always out of stock and there's to many good juice out there to be waiting around for it i mixed it at 10% cap vc v1 and 2%em it's good right away but it shows true potential after a week steep

I bought some Vanilla Custard by grimm creations (decent Ratings) about uh month ago to compare how my DIY was comin along and I honestly thought it was pretty bad. Made me feel better bout my mixes. I mixed it up without the vanilla classic I used Madagascar vanilla which I think was a big mistake lol
I've never tried Madagascar Vanilla, but it seems to say it's the same thing ( http://www.flavourart.co.uk/sweet-flavours-10ml.html) I also haven't tried butterscotch at high concentrations, but my feeling is that almost everything is bad over 8% max.
With regards to UC Steeping - I really don't know. As I said, things are weird if the day after, and change vastly over time. My completely unproven belief is that UC does a good job of mixing, but doesn't necessarily speed chemical reaction. Again, there's thousands of pages of UC knowledge on this forum, so they probably know more than I do. I should add that I have a little Amazon UC rigged up to run continuously. It's NOT a powerful transducer, so that may affect my results.
Grimm's Vanilla Custard is a favorite at my shop, which is really weird to me as well. Tastes like VC1 and Dulce de Leche. I don't get many other notes there (btw I said this before, but my setup across the board is .5 ohm dual micros - kanthal - organic cotton , across multiple TOBH clones).
I've also been trying to work with FA stuff a lot more lately as I feel like I've read that it's "safe to vape". Can anyone confirm this?

I can't confirm that it's safe to vape because nothing really is vaping as a whole is still relatively new so were all test rats and we won't see the real effects of it for years to come but I have heard flavorart does a lot of testing on there flavors to remove impurity funny you mention cap vc and Ddl that is another gvc clone I've tried and I didn't really like it even after a long steep period Ddl is pretty gross IMO even at low percentages and my Madagascar vanilla is flavor west not flavor art it smells like the vanilla you use to bake things and it's dark like it to

Mone your in for a treat I doubt your ever gonna be able to go back to v2 once you try v1 I just got my v2 from rts vapes and first impressions it lacks the eggyness and almost all the custard notes that v1 has minimal creaminess if any at all at first I got a fruit note from it with a .2 ohm build at 7 watts but then I went up to 12.5 and my taste buds adjusted I get more of a honey taste from it it seems familiar but I just can put my finger on it hmm it's decent but not even close to v1 honestly I would rather risk the diacetyl and just vape less v1 then have to deal with the v2 this is just my first impressions things could change.
Haha. Dam. That's exactly why I didn't wanna get V1. I knew that was gonna happen. I was pretty content with the v2 being that it was the best custard I had ever tried up to date. Well. Buhbye v2. I jus got some v2 Along with the v1 just in case. I think ecigx screwed up cuz they sold me 120ml for 2.99 couldn't pass that up.
Lol I definitely would not pass that up what other custards have you tried besides capella I wanted to try flavor art custard but I usually just buy cap cause I know it's good
Completely agree witchu mike. That DDL ruins juice. I could only use 1 ir 2 drops per 10ml still dint enjoy it.
Yeah I like the cotton candy or em variation it tastes like a creamy Cotton candy not really like a custard but it's still really good
FA Custard is extremely citrus-y. It's nothing like Capella V1 (or V2 for that matter). Their Vienna Cream is closer, but it has an odd flavor that I don't really care for. Kinda like the chocolatey flavor I taste with a lot of blueberries. FA catalan cream is decent with hints of caramel. It's really subtle. None compare to V1 Capella - but that .... is SUPER hard on your lungs. I vape a lot of it, and may have to quit soon as I can really feel it.

Yah what snipe said. Dont try fa custard. Unless u like lemony not so custardy vapes lol or 1on1 flavors custard. That tastes like medicine. Pretty bad.
