My first Mod

I built my first mod yesterday and I am very happy with how it turned out. I get tons of vapor from it. All parts to build the mod came from MadVaps for a cost of $12.26. Battery and charger additional $12.28.
It took me about 2 hours total to build, it took longer to charge the battery. It uses a 510 Atty and a TrustFire 14500, 3.7v Battery. The only problem I ran into was the LED did not work when I first tested it. I did not realize that LEDs are polarized and as luck would have it I hooked it in backwards, so for anyone building a mod with an LED check polarity before soldering it in.

Good job, but it seems like you could make that a lot smaller. Is it straight 3.7, or boosted to 5v?

Thanks, yes it could have been built in a smaller 2AA box, but it was more of an experiment, I plan on building some more and will start to shrink them. It is straight 3.7. I am looking at building a variable next, there are some good plans and tips on here.
