My first order from China to India

Hey there Amy. I am ready to place my first order from Health Cabin. However, it turns out to be a little over 2Kg. So, I was worried about the customs here in India, since its going to be a big package, it might cause the customs to hold onto it and tax me for it. So, I was wondering, if you can break down the ONE package into 2 or 3 different smaller packages. The smaller the packages, less custom problems, I guess. I also read somewhere that you suggested the regular China Mail wouldn't cause much attention at the customs. So, I wanted the package to be split up into smaller packages and send via regular China Mail to India.

I was wondering if you could help me in this matter.

Why don't YOU split up your order yourself and choose China Mail in the checkout process?
I always do this way and let 1 or 2 days to pass between the orders.
I have newer had any problem with customs so far.

we have sent a few orders via china airmail to India so far smoothly. but we are not sure whether all packages will have no problems through customs there in the future.

if your order is over 250 usd, we can send it out freely in 2 packages via china airmail. please leave us a comment about 2 packages when you place a new order, so we won't forget it.

@Marzipan Thats a good idea...will look into it...unfortunately the customs is like a lucky draw here in India...sometimes it goes smoothly and sometimes it doesn't....its as they please....anyways, keeping my fingers crossed

@Amy Thanks again with your prompt answer and help. My order including shipping via China Mail is around $200 only, hence I wont be able to get the "Free Shipping" Offer. So, can you still be able to split the package into 2 ?

yes. we are able to split the package into 2 and send your order as 2 packages via china airmail if you are willing to pay extra shipping cost 3 usd.

FWIW, I have similar concerns where I live about the size of packages and customs. Healthcabin packs everything so well. It comes in a very tightly packaged box. I've made a couple big orders and they came in boxes no bigger than a shoebox.
