Hi everyone,
I'm very lucky I found such a forum, because I've been searching everywhere trying to find a decent electronic cigarette (cigar). Someone told me about it and ever since I've heard about it, I've wanted to try it. I don't know too much about the types or anything but I hope it's people here who will direct me in the right direction. I have no clue on the one name so I can search for them and then decide which one is best for me. I've tried a lot of searches, and most of them are the same price but so far the only name I've been seing a lot of is eGo-T tank thingy. I don't know if that's just one specific brand and how would I go about finding more brands or generic types which would be cheaper an so fourth.

Welcome to ECF!!

Yep the eGo's a pretty good brand all around, but if you're looking for a cigar-like e-cigarette, check out the Leo. I've not tried it myself, but it has the look of a cigar, and it's spoken of well from what i've seen.

Of course, there are others who have put "wraps" on an eGo to make it look like a cigar too!

There's a whole world out there to investigate, and here's a great site to get you started: http://vapingguides.com/blog/

They have a whole page on cigars and pipe mods here: http://vapingguides.com/blog/the-wo...st-e-cigbig-guys-and-juice/wwv-part-v-page-2/

Whatever product you choose, make sure to check out the master coupon code list here http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...iscussion/146219-coupon-code-master-list.html for a discount ;)

Best of luck to you in your vaping journey! :)

Welcome! Start by getting your posts up to 5, wait and hour for them all to register, and then explore away! From the forum main page, there are links to a large variety of vendors as well as vendor reviews, both positive and negative.

In the meantime, you'll have a load of information on its way . . . right here!!

Again, welcome to ECF . . . and enjoy!!

There are a few vendors that sell the cigars you're talking about but here's the problem, how hard is it to find replacement parts? I would want something that parts could be easily obtainable. For something that is about the size of a cigar, just a little shorter than a sharpie marker, I suggest an eGo lite bundle from liberty-flights.com. I would steer clear of the tanks. Too much fiddling and may turn you completely off to vaping due to it. Personally, I hated them. Get a box of Boge 2.0ohm cartomizers and a drip tip (makes refilling easier and feels nice on the lips). Pick a vendor for some small bottles of eliquid around 18-24mg (you didn't say how much you smoked).

Hey there and welcome. There are a bunch of different choices when it comes to electronic cigarettes, just look through the forums and you will find lots of information for new buyers. I did a ton of research on here prior to my purchase and ended up going with an Ego starter kit. You mentioned cigar in your post, is that what you smoke? I myself smoked black and milds so if so, I know where you're coming from. Are you looking to purchase a device to help you quit smoking or are you just interested in the technology and vaporizing?

Most people will go with a device such as the standard 510 models because they are similar in aesthetics and feel to an analogue(this is what we call normal smokable tobacco) so they go with these designs. The battery life on these things can be a pain in the ... and as such most people will recommend you go with at least an Ego style battery. The Ego however is a larger battery and therefore does not feel anything like a cigarette. The ego with all the parts connected is similar in size to a dutch master mini cigar. The standard 510 as well as the Ego, both use the same atomizers or cartomizers, so the battery is really the biggest difference along with the fact that the Ego is easier to use with mods.

There is a ton of information here and like I said before, just take some time out to do a bit of reading and you should be able to figure out what you'd like to get. Google is man's 2nd best friend, this should help you out with finding some decent packages CLICK ME

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to tanks but again, just do a search and you will be good to go. Good luck on your journey and enjoy your stay!

I'm not very sure about that site but I'd not order that if I were you. My reasoning behind that is because it only has one battery and atomizer. If you are serious about vaping, don't get anything less than 2 batteries. 90% of starter kits come with 2 batteries and 2 atomizers. Not only will you have a spare in case something doesn't work, you will also have something to use while your dead battery charges. Check this out for a list of reputable vendors E Cigarette Suppliers Forum

I smoke everyday maybe 3-8 times a day depend on how I'm feeling. I wasn't sure but that's what I want, something to put the eliquid into of and whatever taste I want. Like I saw recipes n such and the different kinds that people are sharing on here is amazing lol. I can't wait to try some and try those vapors :2cool:
