Yes Brian. I no longer use the protank, so i can't speak specifically about that clearo. But all of my atomizers/gennies/etc. that produce killer vapor, also suck the juice down. It's just part of it. I don't recall my protank leaking so i assume all of your juice is getting atomized.
just as a side note, be careful about getting the protank too hot. I would think normal vaping on it would be fine, but i wouldn't leave it in direct sunlight or in a hot car or anything (you know, things we shouldn't be doing with our batteries anyway). The base seems to be "hot glued" to the tank on my old one. I was recently installing a piping system over a smelting furnace at work, and the heat melted the glue right off the pyrex. Juice everywhere... It was awesome.
