My frankenstein ecig is ordered

Being new and cheap I just had an interesting experience ordering my first pv.
I started of trying to only spend bitcoins at bitvapes where I ordered a manual 510 battery and an 801 LR atomizer.

Realizing that those two parts don't work together I order an adaptor from vaporkings along with some blank carts for a dse801 classic and a 510 charger.

Do I have everything I need to get started on the way?

Sounds like it, If your interested in an 801 style check out BestEcig's BE112, that's their version of an 801. I still use an atomizer and cartridge set up myself, I'll order 10 pieces of 5pks of prefilled cartridges and 200ml of juice and I'm good to go for quite a while. An 801 cartridge holds 1.2ml while a 510 or 901 holds about .6ml, I get a lot more mileage out of 801's.

Thing is you'll want to order a refill syringe, makes it a lot easier, you refill from the bottom up eliminating air pockets. You'll also want to use EMS shipping and it'll be here in about a week. If you want to try out a simple little device that doesn't look like a cig, go to Heavens Gifts and look at the Joye Stick, it also uses 801 style atomizers that's the one that I use. Keep reading and testing and have fun doing it.

Which would you advise a better battery or different atty? Which way would be a cheaper way to go?

A new atty would be cheaper. Another option is a five pack of ce2s. Be sure and watch some vids on the ce2s first tho, to make sure you can deal with them because they are fiddly.

I have a five pack of the bauway ce2 style at 2.5 ohms coming from Madvapes. It'll be my first time to try them and I can't find any reviews but you might want to take a look at them.

Also, for a battery, go to Madvapes and click on the bargain bin (top left). Read the description on why it's on sale and see if you think you can deal with it.

 Can you deal with this, can you deal with that lol. Wish I could point you to some great buys that work with no fiddlin' around but alas. In all probability, that bat with a 510-801 adapter will fix you right up with your lr atty, but I don't know that for a fact. Also, in all probability, you'd be pretty happy with the bauway ce2 stye cartos at 2.5 ohm on your regular 510 batt, but I don't know that for a fact either.

You should not use an LR atomizer on a slim battery. LR stuff can damage slim batteries. LR stuff should be used on batteries 450mah or larger like Ego, Riva 510, mods.

Clearomizers are not for beginners. They are for people who have other ways to vape and way to screw with something that leaks and and may break just because it looks cool.

On a slim 510 I recommend the most popular 510 cartomizer, Boge 510 cartos, in standard resistance if you have slim batteries.

grr, maybe I just shoulda saved the adventuring for later and bought a starter kit

You'll be fine....if you have a battery, a charger, and some sort of heating coil (atty or cartomizer) and some juice...you can get started. You'll figure it out a lot better once you in the middle of it all. :) No doubt you will be "buying" this stuff and new stuff to try out, from now on. Getting your feet wet is the first step....there's time for all the rest as it comes. You didn't mention juice.....get lots of little 5ml samples until you know what you like.
