A little over a week ago I ordered some glass bottles and a liter of nicotine... I did some looking around and saw a lot of good remarks about MFS and I am always big on customer service... I would rather pay a little more for an item at a company that treats their customers well than get the same item dirt cheap at a company that could care less about their customers..
When I got the package I was crushed to find that one of the bottles was broken and the nicotine bottle was punctured and leaked a little over half of its contents.... The contents of the package were very well packed, so I can make a pretty educated guess that the damage was caused by mistreatment of the package itself...
Because I received the package on a Saturday the offices at MFS were closed, so I sent the an email explaining what I had found... I received an email and phone call at 8:30 Monday morning from the manager of their shipping department... He apologized for the inconvenience and after receiving a few pictures I took he said they would send out a new shipment asap... Within an hour of that phone conversation I had a tracking number for the new package, and they sent it overnight express!
I told them I wasn't too worried about the glass bottle and still had close to half of the nicotine left but when I received the new package they ended up sending me 5 glass bottles (I originally ordered 3), and TWO LITERS of nicotine!
They stayed in touch with me the entire time, and I even got a phone call within a few hours after I received the second package...
I am sorry this is a long post, but I am rarely this impressed with a business, so when I am I have to tell people about it... And what better place to pass on a fantastic business review than ECF!
