I made an order with this company on 7/21. On 7/22 Pat from the company called because they were out of a flavor that I ordered and she wanted to know if i wanted something different. Thought that was sooo nice. Now for the problem....my package shipped but to the wrong place. They had my state and zip code right ,but the city was wrong. I emailed the company but got no response. I have been tracking this package and have been watching it bop all over the place. Last night it headed back to NC and then left NC. I emailed the company again to tell then that the address was wrong. Again no response. How can they re-ship again out of NC if the address has not been fixed? At this rate it may hit all of the USA before I actually get it. How can I get a response out of this company? This is a good size order and I would hate to think I am not gonna get it.

This is really rare, they are normally on top of it... instead of posting this here... i would suggest you post in it in the "myfreedomsmokes" section of this forum. Chris is normally really quick to fix any issue's. I have ordered from them and never had a single issue

sorry for your situation, i know how it is thou when you place an order you want it ASAP so you can start vaping away.

I'm sorry you are having a problem. I placed my first order with them Friday morning. Within the hour, I had a notice that it was shipping. 10:00 AM on Monday morning, there it was! That's the fastest service I've ever had.

And if that's not enough, they threw in a sample of another flavor (Butter Pecan Ice Cream). And a bottle for mixing that fits my REO.

I'm very happy with them. Now I just need to get trying these flavors.

I'm gonna chime in here and let everyone know that, just because you post in the respected suppliers forum, doesnt mean they are waiting there for any posts and they aren't going to reply with-in 10 minutes. You really need to give them time as they are all busy and they may come on once or twice to see if any postings have been made. Please be patient with the supplier as they will respond. It may take them 5 or 6 hrs, but they will respond.
Just an FYI..

OK i can understand that.....but I posted this at 10:45 this morning...twice.
I have also emailed Chris directly. Everyone says that they usually respond right away. I just want to know what to do now. The post office tried to deliver the package to someone in NC. I live in Mass. Tracking says they tried to deliver and left a reply card and that person has 15 days to respond or pick it up. WHO? Not me. I tried to call the usps and got no where. So now what,I sit back and wait to see if someone else goes and claims my package in NC.

I order most of my juice from them and always have it next day. I am in SC and they are in NC but I have even changed my orders a few times and always had good service from them. I guess everyone will make a mistake here and there. I guess that is little consolation when you are sitting around witing for your juice though.

I know this type of thing can be frustrating Cinjay , but there has to be a legit reason for the delay in contact. Out of all the vendors i have done business with MFS has been the best for CS. Chris has called me at home to make sure everything was ok with my order and he has done much more and I will leave it at that. All I'm saying is , don't give up on them , they are a great company and they will fix your problem , that I am sure of. Hang in there
