I'm trying to get my girlfriend to give ecigs a second chance. She lost her tiny greensmoke battery and also had an issue with the flavor of their tobacco carts. She smokes marlboro reds. I know the taste will never be right but i would like to find something she actually likes.

I haven't had Marlboro reds in years, and I tend to menthol, so I haven't had much of an interest in "straight" tobaccos. I will however give this a bump in case someone else has an idea.

Vapingzone.com Real Cig comes in 3 strengths. (might be a tad bit nutty for her but is a good replacement for Marlboro) Also, one of my favorites is Dunhill. IMO, also a great replacement for Marlboro.

HHV has some amazing extracted tobacco and other tobacco flavors. Not sure that they would be "like" a Marlboro Red, but I highly recommend them: Gandalf, Heavenly tobacco, Dark Horse, among others. Great flavors from this vendor.

Also, if you can get her to give it a second try with good juices like many of these vendors have, suggset she browse around and order some sampler packs that sound good she wouldn't normally consider, fruits, bakery styles, whatever. I, and many, many others here, are now e-juice flavor sampling-aholics! Can be expensive but so much fun and keeps the enthusiasm over not smoking going and goin...

Instead of trying tobacco flavors, why not look for other flavors she likes. Such as cheese cake or coffee. If she likes the cig look alikes you might want to check out smokeless image Volt

Goodejuice.com has some great tobacco e-juice in their House-Brewed line: House Brewed e Juice | Goodejuice.com. I'm a big fan of Acadian Gold right now.

Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids is also a good choice. I think I'd recommend something like Dark Horse or Shadowfax (my current favorite) over Gandalf if you're looking for something that a Marlboro Red smoker would like. They're a bit less sweet.

I second the volt. Get her a couple of the sampler pack of cartomizers. Many people switching to vaping for the first time look for a cigarette taste at first - but once they try some of the other amazing flavors they cannot believe they ever wanted the taste of a cigarette.
The sampler packs will let her try a variety of flavors and she might be really surprized by what she actually likes.
When I first started vaping I bought chocolate, vanilla and coffee flavors because I thought that since I enjoy these food flavors I will like to vape them.

But it turns out I dont like vaping them at all. Instead I enjoy cherry, watermellon and grape. These are all flavors I dont like in candy and never taste like the real fruit - so I never dreamed that I would like these flavors as vape

If she is willing to keep trying -then she will find something she does like. The volt is actually much better than green smoke - so she will probably like it more than she realizes right now. Since she is used to green smoke get her the 68mm batteries. They are about the same as the green smoke in size and it will feel natural to her.

so many flavors to choose from makes vaping actually quite a fun hobby so to speak... My GF was the same way at first but she is vaping now and has cut way down on regular smokes. Typically time will eventually aid in making the switch to full time vaping. Partying tends to bring the craving back for smokes and I think that is just a habit formed from the social activity more than the nicotine addiction.

Thanks for all the feedback. She will lose anything small. I'm not about to get her anything that looks like a real cigarette. I wasted good money doing that already.
When she lost hers she said she didn't really like it anyway. Then she laid claim to mine. Then lost that one too lol

An eGo setup is a bit larger, making it a bit harder to lose I suppose. You can also get lanyards for them.

Yeah i use an ego. Thinking of a smaller battery i have no clue for the cart. I like my stardust carts...are there small versions?

These are all great pieces of advice. I'd like to add what helped me: I don't deny myself smokes if I want them. I usually don't and the cravings get less and less as I vape. I tried to deny myself the first time and I made it too hard. Also, trying new flavors might be a big one. I know that was already covered but once I tried strawberry shortcake I was hooked on vaping.

I've seen other vendors carrying this particular type but their names escape me at present. Some people dig the fluxomizers from gotvapes, but i'd pass on them if you aren't in to tinkering (of course i only bought one five pack, maybe it just wasn't my day).

A nice and easy kit is a Vision Spinner VV 1300mAh (think I got mine at Hoosier) with a Vivi Nova Mini V3. Super simple and lasts all day.

I smoked Marlboro Reds for 33 years (2PAD) and sorry to say, never found anything that even came close. What saved me was changing mind set to not expect that flavor and instead starting sampling fruit and coffee flavors. I found so many good tastes that I gave up that search completely. Funny thing, some where around the 6 month mark I started vaping tobacco flavors again and now only hit the fruits and coffees occasionally. Some of my favorite tobaccos are Alien Visions Boba's Bounty & Gorilla Juice, Ikenvape RY4 Gold VG, Heather's Heavenly Vapes Gandalf & Huntsman (they're all a little sweet with nice tobacco flavor).

I was a marb light smoker for the past few years, and did my rounds smoking everything I could. And come to find out, I HATE the taste of tobacco. Coffee flavors are good, cookie flavors are better.

Is there a vape shop near you? Do some searching and see, they will normally let you try some flavors in house to find what you like, or don't!
For a decent, non-cig looking device, look at the lava tube clones, they are big, look like, well, use your imagination there, and hard to loose! Relatively inexpensive as well, if you look you can find them under $50 shipped.
I've heard great things about Ikenvapes tobacco flavors, but I've yet to try them myself.
What got me off my 2-4 PAD Marlboro Reds, Pal Mal reds habit, was Vapor 4 Life's Wowboy 36mg. Good tobacco flavor, ending with a hint of chocolate. If I hadn't found a B&M that sells a nice tobacco/peanut butter mix for $17 64ml, I'd still be on it!
