My go-go is fickle!

Yesterday, while on break, my go-go was working fine. Then it suddenly stopped working. A few minutes later it started working again. Today I can't get it to work at all. The battery is fully charged. The carto is fairly fresh. The button lights up when I press it, but the battery is not firing up the carto. No vape....nothing. I am having this same problem with both of the batteries I received and I've tried different cartos. Any suggestions?

My go-go may be fickle, but I certainly can't say the same thing about Nhaler! Thanks for the response, Drew.

Actually, I got home last night, read your message, and was ready to pack it all up. I decided to give it another try and it seemed to be working fine. I vaped on it all night last night with no problems at all. I left it home today because I didn't trust it, but I've been using it tonight and so far so good. I'm going to give it a few more days. I wouldn't want to send it back only to find out it was an issue with user error.
