My Grad!

We finally got the pics back. I have his list of stuff for school. So we decided to have a combo going away party and college shower! Everyone can pick something to send with him off the list (sheets, towels, shower caddy, poster sticker ups ect. from a coiple of bucks to about $20.00. I hope it works and he gets lots of stuff..sending him up there is already expensive enough!
he is going to Johnson and Wales Culinary school in R.I.
You have to hear this..I was talking about long johns and boots as well as down jackets and the like. He asked me why he would need all that..he was coming home for winter! After I quit blinking , I asked why they would let him come for for that long and he replied "I'll be home for CHRISTMAS"!
he is a true Florida boy! It was his turn to blink when I told him how long winter up north lasts!

Shawn doesn't have the chiseled cheekbones yet..but if he takes after his mom and me, he will! Oh and Shawn can clean and do his own laundry too..he may be a pain for some young lady..kinda picky.
here's Shawn's paternal great grandfather, he was a farmer and country store owner. This was a bit harder to do since we are talking about slick hollywood photo and a very old photo.

If any of you have a family member who looks like someone famous..send me the two pics and I will do a composite for you too!
