Well here's where I'm at so far....I'm going to drill hole the match the equipment. We'll see how it goes....I figure I'll paint them. I found these pieces in my shop....I'm not sure where they came from but as soon as I remember I'll let you know.

Yeh, keep us posted, be interesting to see what you come up with. I made it down to Rockler this morning and was looking over their small turning blanks, and found a couple for about $7.00 each, so I picked them up to play with. Gotta get the wax off them and see what they look like. One is Redheart, and the other is Zapote Chico.

I'm not 100% sure where I got it but I believe they are table or couch feet from a furniture supply. My lathe is not big enough to turn something that big. I've done a little research and Home Depot sells the same pieces for under 10 bucks. All I've done so far is do the layout for the holes which by the way is a pain in the ... on the round piece.....no reference points. Anyone could make these with a drill press. What I'm going to do is drill the hole width and depth to accommodate all of my PV's and accessories exactly......I gotta lil OCD. One I finish them I could probably bust a few out for some of the other members.
