Other than my first hardware order, I've placed all of my orders through him for replacement batteries, carts, a e-cig starter gift as a kit...etc.
The prices are fantastic and I always receive my order quickly. I placed an order with Shawn late Friday night and received it today....and remember....this was a HOLIDAY weekend!
