I just purchased the mvp 20w iTase MVP 20W vaporizer here is a link on how it looks like. I bought it yesterday and stopped working today.I try almost all the basic things such as pulling the post. My tank is Kanger EVOD eGo Tank Bottom Coil Clearomizer BCC The guy at the smoke shop recommend the tank. I am wondering if I purchase the wrong tank or what else could I do to fix this problem.I could go and buy another tank but I am working this whole week and I am until next week.

NON means no atomizer, so either your coil is bad, or there's an issue with the connection between your firing pin and the tank.

First thing you should do is try a new coil. If it works, it means your old coil was bad. If it doesn't, I see you have already pulled on the post. Since it's an ego tank, the coil makes direct contact with the firing pin. Try separating the bottom pin of the coil from the insulator a little bit, then screw it into the mvp and see if you can make a connection.

I'm not sure the details of the MVP 20w, but on my MVP2, the firing pin was not spring loaded and I use to have so much trouble with it getting pushed in so far. To the point where I had to replace the rubber o-ring inside of it.
