The inside of the ceramic cup where the metal piece goes and tightens from the bottom what is the difference on what way it goes I can see if put one way less air put the other way more air I know I just answered my question but I use the air control from my GTSS so is it better to close off the inside ceramic metal piece? I am also finding I am getting a sore throat. But I must say the Ithaka with dual coil is just great but I am going to need twice as much stuff each build the price of the perfect vape beautiful job imeo. Is the o-ring that is on the ring with the auto find control that the ceramic in the metal holder goes into supposed to be very lose my is and have to be very careful and stick it in with my thumb when tightening it ?

Are you talking about the slots in the ceramic? They aren't for air, they are sort of drainage holes. If you let them open (by lining the slots in the metal nut up with the slots in the ceramic) any flooded juice will drain down those holes and be rewicked from the bottom flood tank (as opposed to leaking out of the center post). I personally have mine off for now.. I will probably experiment with that sometime later (one thing at a time for me!)
As for that O ring, mine is also a little loose.. I just make sure it's all in place when screwing in... no leaking for me.
