Yes as far as I can tell. I had all of them in a pot of hot water when I first got them and washed them out. That was 2 days ago and I don't see any rust on any of the parts. Raw steel would of showed some rust spots by now. How good and what grade of SS I have no idea. certain types of SS will also rust when continually exposed to water, moisture. I've left a SS kitchen knife in a SS sink for a few days (I'm a bachelor) and when I went to wash it there was a rust stain in the sink and on the knife.
