My kit came!!!!

But I am a little confused.
I ordered the Vapor King Ultimate Shorty Kit and one box of Vapor King Root Beer Cartomizer.
I specifies that I would like a box of clove cartomizers to come with me kit but some how ended up with ice cream sundae ones...
and I don't think my auto passthru is working since I can't take a hit from it. is the end supose to light up like the others?

check to make sure the labels on the carts aren't covering the air holes. there was an issue with labels being placed too low on the cartos causing the air to be blocked and nigh difficult to puff on. also make sure you charge your battery. it should be charged about 80% but you never know. battery pass throughs are NOT supposed to light up make sure there is current going through the USB port as well.

If that doesnt work after trying everything shoot mark an email and he will fix the issue for you.

Sorry I don't know what to tell you about the clove carts. Let me know how the ice cream sundae ones are though.

I know that I received a free auto passthrough that I gave to friend to try and he said it broke within 24 hours. His problem was that the cord just came out though, so maybe yours is defective. I'm fairly positive the end is not supposed to light up.

I hear that if you e-mail customer service and explain your problem, they're fairly good at rectifying the situation. Haven't had to do it yet though so I can't confirm.

The cord comes out if you pull it to hard.some people put tape on it so that doesnt happen.

I recently purchased 2 pass throuhs (different vendor) for KR808, one didn't work at all right out of the box and the other you could get a hernia trying to make it work. I'm just sending back but I wonder if there is a faulty batch???

The PT doesn't light up, try a couple of hits and see if it vapes then, this has been a QC issue they are aware of and trying to fix. They will send you a new one, but try another port, or a wall powered unit first.
For the carto's, sounds like a miscomunication, they will eagerly fix it, just make a note on your next order and they will send you what you wanted.

I've tried a few different USB ports now and it isn't working. I'll try contacting Mark.
I'm bummed about not receiving the clove carts and I don't really like the ice cream sunday ones... ah well I am sure it will all be resolved in time.

Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. Send Mark a PM or email and he always gets it fixed.

Some (usually older) computers don't provide enough power to run the passthru. If you're using a desktop PC, try the ports on the back.
