I have an L.Rider Lavatube that I bought about 3 weeks ago. Initially, I did experience some misfire issues with the button, but they seemed to dissipate as time went on and I used the device more. Yesterday I was vaping it at 4.0v with a Esco E2 tank when I experienced what felt like a misfire, except that when I hit the button again it would not fire at all. Thinking the problem was the E2 I switched it onto my Ovale VV and not only did it fail to fire again, but when I tried vaping the Ovale's LED lights would flash the way they do when it senses that the batteries are dead. At this point I was convinced that the E2 had died for whatever reason, but when I put a carto on my Lavatube and tried to vape it still wouldn't fire. I then switched that same carto onto the Ovale and it vaped perfectly. I've tried this process with all my cartos but nothing works on the Lavatube anymore. I switched out the battery (which was fully charged) with a backup, but that doesn't seem to solve anything. I can still power the unit on and off, adjust the voltage up and down and check the battery.

So my question is what exactly caused both the Lavatube and the E2 to fail? And did the Lavatube kill the E2, or the E2 kill the Lavatube?

Thanks for the advice! I didn't even think about it but the adapter that I use to hook the E2 up to the Ovale and Lavatube must have been out of place, because when I removed it and put the E2 on one of my egos it finally started firing. Now I just wish I knew what the hell was wrong with my Lavatube...

Hi, had mine for 5 days and it died. Do you get yours sorted out?
