Hello ECFers!
Long time lurker here. I've been vaping since my ECF join date, a little over a year ago. I started out with the OVALE Ego-T and Vaperite's E-liquid (shoutout to Todd who was VERY helpful in shipping to Korea!). I was happy for a couple of months but damn I hated filling those tank cartridges. Next was the Vapage Vmod. It blew me away compared to the Ego. The vapor production and throat hit was exactly what I was missing from ecigs. Nevertheless, the Vmod was also hassle prone. It leaked in my pockets and I couldn't get consistent vapes. BTW, this was the original Vmod, I've read that the 2.0 version is much better but I wouldn't know. During that time, the Lavatube was to be released soon. I wanted to upgrade and was deciding whether to go all in with a Provari or try out the Lavatube to see if I like VV. So I got the Lavatube and it was great... for a while anyways. The thing finally crapped out on me after 3 months. The button would only charge for a second or two then die. Perhaps the electronics got fried I dunno. My last and current purchase was the simple, no frills Parkes vaping Diamond mod. I got the 2 3v batts for 6v vaping since I had a box and a half of standard boge carts. Well, what do you know? This $25.00 mod impressed me yet again! This little flashlight mod gave me far more vapor production, throat hit, and heat than the Lavatube EVER did! I'm using a 3.0 boge cart in a tank with some yummy Rawr Vapor juice!
So my wife walks in and sees all of my ecig gear and sighs... All along she said to buy ONE good mod instead of numerous cheap mods that will end up broken or unused. She's right. Now I'm trying to decide on a Provari, Precise Plus, or a Galileo. The GG is a bit too rich for me right now. I'm trying to decide if I really need a VV device. I do know that I like 5v+ vaping. I need something thats built like a tank since I'm such a clutz. Decisions >.<
