Does that mean it is a dud? I get flavor and all of that but I'm not feeling it like I feel I should. I have two of the same cartos in tanks. One of them crackles and snaps and pops like a champ, while the other just crackles with no snap or "pop" at all. Is it a dud?
My LR carto is crackly but it doesn't "pop" like the others do.

Sound doesn't mean anything. If your getting good flavor and vapor your good. I get a atty once in a while that crackles and snaps and wish it wouldn't.
Are you using the same juice in each tank? PG will pop more than VG.
Given the same juice and carto you will get more popping with higher voltage from the PV. Depending on how well regulated the power supply is in the PV it may deliver higher voltage with a freshly charged battery. Better regulation will keep the voltage flatter.

Oh okay. So it is fine. Actually I am using 70/30 PG VG in the one that pops more and 50/50 in the other.
I will give it some time and see how it goes after a while. Flavor is good so yea I guess it must be fine. I was just worried for a second.
