I doubt it's possible because pvc is slightly flexible and has an oily touch finish. You can use colored pvc.

Great idea kinabaloo ! That's what I will do. I will look for some colored pvc to make my next one. I am going to put that charging plug in my next mod like I was talking about ,where I will not have to open it at all. I will have two where I can just plug one in to charge while I am using the other one.
I am very interested in making a single cr123 mod out of pvc! considering on sharing the inner workings with us?
Just glue a spring to the bottom cap with a hot glue gun and solder a wire to the spring going to the outside of the screw on the top.Then a wire goe's from the middle part of the screw to the momentary pushbutton switch and from there it goe's to a but plate(positive side).

Are you using rechargeable AA batteries? If not, that box would get pretty expensive to operate if you are a heavy vaperer.
No, I mean yeah I was using 2500 mah energizer batteries when I was using the box. I took the part's off the box one to make the pvc one and thanks franklyspeaking.
