I give up on my MVP 1 - the 510 threads are darn near stripped. No matter which clearo or tank I try to put on, it won't connect. I tried to wrap the threads in aluminum foil, but it plugged up the air vents in the Protank and wouldn't draw. So I guess, until I can find someone to fix the threads or replace the ego connector, it'll be relegated to a portable charging station. I'm waiting for a mod and a charger in the vapemail, so I'm not going to be completely modless and having to vape egos.

Can't find any 7mm x .5 taps in any hardware stores around.

I did find a temporary fix. I wrapped aluminum foil around the threading of my 510-to-eGo adapter, screwed it in, and it connected. I just have to keep the adapter in until I find a more permanent fix to the stripped thread problem.

Never loved mine. Came dead out of the box, took it apart and its a piece of junk when you look inside , there where two VERY thin vires going from a cirquit board to the 510 connector and the soldering job was Lousy to say at least. I fixed it with new better wires I soldered myself in place , but it never worked for me as others said it should. Now I never use it nomore. would never buy another one.

But I have a Itaste VTR and Love that one and use it every day. I dont want to look inside of it though ;-).
