Hi , when i was cleaning my naulitis mini yesterday I noticed the bottom of the coil had coloration like the juice burnt or it looked rusted. Also the bottom of the tank where the spring is also looks that way. I threw out the coil, but I am wondering should i use this tank or buy a new one ? (Is it safe to do so if it looks rusted at the bottom where the spring is?)

It's not rust.

Juice will collect in the base of the Nautilus tank.

Carefully push the spring-loaded 510 pin down with a Qtip, and then remove it, being careful not to lose it.

Then clean the recess out. Be careful with the insulator as well.

It can get really grotty down there.

You can take the spring out? If so how do you get it back in?

It's press fit. You can push it back in with your finger.

The insulator is also press fit.

I haven't used my Nautilus tanks for a while, but used to do this every now and then.

It's a known issue with them.

Aspire also has the pins and insulators for sale (or they did) on their site, if you need.

I have 3 Nautilus Mini tanks and I have never seen rust on the stainless steel components in it. First question would be is it an Authentic and did you check the code? Since below the coils is the air passage and e-Liquid can works its way down into there I would take a guess it is just old liquid or cooked liquid that dripped down. If it cleans off with a quick rinse under hot water then that is probably what it is or was.

This spring and the inside seems really hard to clean as the parts are so tiny. How do you get the juice completely off this tiny spring lol . Thanks by the way, I was able to clean it up a lot by taking it out.
Did it just pull out? I watched a tube video on disassembly and it seems like there is a lower level somewheres.
