My new Buzz Pro

Got it yesterday and I am very pleased. I like the size, and weight, perfect for me. There are no surprises here, as having an ∞Pro, I felt I knew what the BP would be like. It's easy to use and adjust for performance. After you have been vaping for awhile, you sense when you get a new pv, if it's going to be a keeper or not. The Buzz line, for me, are keepers! As far as saftey goes, I had no reservations in ordering the current model.
I had ordered the blue with chrome caps, but recieved the brass caps. I contacted notcigs, and it will be taken care of.
I can say, Whoo Hooo, I'm happy!

Mike, I realize things happen, and it's an easy fix. I'm not in the least upset by it. Knowing your reputation, and that you are a vendor who takes care of the customer, and has a fantistic product, makes me happy.

Now, I gotta go get that M1A1 w/ silver caps that's on my wish list.

Well I wished I was a happy camper. I have been working on the &%*)(*#^%$# basement wall that sprung a leak all day. Oh and some other stuff that was messed up. I'm telling you it all hits at the same time. But my trusty notcig PV's are working like a charm so it could be worse I guess.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I can't remember the gal's name that called me about my order, however, the excellent customer service she provided still has me dumbfounded. Good service is just so hard to find nowadays. She certainly takes her job duties very seriously. Keep up the good work, Notcigs

I'm sure you're probably right, Scarstud. It's the customer service that will be causing me to make another purchase much sooner than I had anticipated.

Sorry you're having basement issues 5C, I can relate since we have several places in our basement where water comes in when we get big rains

I understand too 5c.....water is the worst!!! I end up replacing slates on my roof each year lately (for that I thank the winds) and my basement was pulling in water as well. No fun!

This one used to get a couple feet deep but I got it stopped about 7 yrs. ago but she broke loose again. We have been fixing leaks every couple yrs. for awhile. Luckily my SIL is a journeyman cement finisher. It just seems lately like I've been cursed. I'm not going to go into it because it would take too long. Besides I always just thought about the people that are worse off and move on to the next thing.
