I don't blame you. I never charge from my computer--I've seen too many charging accidents, melting batteries, shorts--not worth it.

Get a new set of chargers--a wall adapter and an USB--if money is no object. It's always a good idea to have a backup. Those things do fail. And you don't want to be without a charger.

Was about to place another order tonight, didn't even think about a back up charger till now but good idea! Might as well get a Spinner while I'm at it... and a pro tank. Money is an object but hey I'll break even someday even if it's not till 2014.

What are you paying now for a carton of cigs? :)

Or do you roll your own?

I was paying about $5 per pack so that's the only reason the break even is so far out. I've spent a lot of money on a lot of stuff I no longer use. All good though... it's just that I told myself I could buy a new expensive toy the day that I break even.

Hmm where would one even find a genuine Joyetech charger? I'm not usually too worried about knockoffs but this time it's different. I looked through all of the sites I've ordered off of and don't think any of them are genuine.

I got mine at vapor kings in tulsa....the wall wart is not joyetech but charges FAST. I think that the usb cable is joytech, but you have to have a wall wart that can put out the charge to the ubs part, too.

I have a custom built (by me) PC with a 1,000 Watt power supply... which is exactly why I won't charge anything e-cigs from it haha.

You can safely charge your ecigs and everything else with a USB hub. Get the ones powered by AC so it's not pulling off your computer. I would never charge anything on the USB connector on my computer either. That is what USB hubs are for. :)
