I am completely impressed with Vaporstation.
I ordered my first 510 from them in late November and it was shipped from the UK in only 4 days! That was impressive I must say. I then ordered a second 510 (including a warranty replacement battery for a defective one I had in my first starter) about a week later and received that one in only 5 days. Granted I did invest into Airsure, their prices more than make up for the increased shipping and astounding customer service/response time. I've actually called Eric a few times when I had questions about filling carts and priming the atty and he is always eager to help. He even created an instruction manual listed on the safety page just for me with instructions on how to prime atties and fill carts! The "VS" customer service number posted in his forum.
Before these Versus 510 starters I had only tried the L2510 and 901. The difference is miniscule between the Versus and the L2 but I do prefer the joyetech version I received from Vaporstation a bit more. It is just prettier and looks more well made. The 901 is still certainly put to good use and is more my "sitting at home and messing around on my computer" while the 510 is my "on the go" vape.
Oh, and one of the finest points of Vaporstation kits are they are received with a 6 month warranty. I've already claimed it once as mentioned and it was well received. I was told they usually prefer including replacements in a future order, but they told me they also a free-shipped option available for warranties if requested, though it is slower to receive. Their warranty receiving department is based in TX as well so shipping in the defective was only $2.14 with confirmation.
They also have the best liquid I've tried as of yet although I am currently awaiting liquid orders from Eastmall and TW. VS4, strawberry, just peachy, and VS frost are just yummy yummy!
Their customer service is absolutely unbeatable and Eric always responds to my inquiries and posts within an hour or two. Once even at 3 in the morning.
If you haven't tried these boys out yet, right now is really an excellent time to do so as they're running a very special Christmas special with $35.00 kits that will last until the day after Xmas. Another excellent note on the Versus 510 compared to other 510s is it is received with an additional battery for free, just has their 302 and 901 is received with an additional atomizer for free.
Oh, and just a heads up, the discount code 'vsfangirl' and 'vsfanboy' still works, but its been changed from 5% off to 1% because of the special. I asked Eric about it and he said it was fine to spread the word
