I stumbled onto thedigitalcig.com while looking for a replacement top/center tube for a mini protank 2 and started browsing the site. I found several items I wanted and saw that they offer price matching. So, I went on the best price hunt.
I found a couple items on other sites with cheaper prices. I opened the live chat option and started pointing out cheaper prices. Tim, the owner, is a friendly dude but, he is no fool. Before he price matched an item, he verified that the competition had the item in stock. Tim will match US vendor prices. Don't expect him to price match fasttech.
My lowest price hunt lasted several hours and by the time I was finished, Tim had gone home for the night. So, I used the "contact us" form to send links to other items.
The next morning, I called the number listed on the site, just to see if anyone would actually answer the phone. Tim answered. While we talked on the phone, he price matched the other items I had pointed out.
When I say price matching, I mean Tim changed the price listed on his website, not just what was in my shopping cart. This way, everyone can enjoy the savings.
I finished my order and checked out on Tuesday morning. Thursday, that little USPS box was in my hands. Everything was packaged securely and to my surprise, some freebies were added. I did not order any of the High Caliber e-liquid but, I may try a few next time. If I have any defective products, I will let you know how good their return policy is.
