I just wanted to give a shout out to the digitalcig.com. I recently placed a small order for an eGo zippered carry case and a thread sleeve for my twist to use with my ViVi nova. Within an hour of placing the order, Tim emailed me to apologize that the color/case I wanted was out of stock. He offered a nicer case at no extra cost to me and asked MY permission to do it! When I asked a question about the replacement he replied right away and after I gave the OK, I got shipping confirmation and tracking number right away. *This was within hours of checking out of the shopping cart.
My items arrived just 2 days later. Well packaged, and quality items. This is an A++ vendor folks. I ordered 2 small/inexpensive items and I was treated like I was the most important high roller customer they have. I will DEFINITELY check this site out first for ANY vaping gear I buy in the future. These guys have it down.... they do excellent, clean business. A pleasure to be a customer of theirs.
