Looks great. Dont overtighten your battery. Are there vent holes? As juice from your hands and atty seep into every crevice it is important to keep it clean. As you keep firing the switch, the switch will turn and get loose. Be wary of this. It's hard to not twist the switch as you fire it. Do you have any Deoxite for your contacts? I noticed there is abit of pitting and staining on the switch couple already. It's plated. It's a good idea to buff all of that off. It just catches juice and grease and will gob your switch up. WHEN your switch gobs up it can get stuck in the fire position. Never put the mod down without being a million percent sure it is not going to fire. As the switch loosens it comes OUT and will no longer be flush or slightly recessed with the bottom of the mod so when you put the mod down, the switch can engage and fire. I have had them just slightly slightly fire like that, I go to pick the mod up and it's HOT. NOT GOOD. Pay attention to it and be safe[emoji6] If the mod ever becomes too hot or wont stop firing, quickly unscrew the atty. That is your best fail safe for not venting the batt as well as doing good builds within your battery limits of course.

I don't use anything on my threads. I just take a soft dremel brush and clean them with a buffing compound. It keeps them pristine. Just keep an eye on that switch. Enjoy! Vaseline will catch all dirt and grime. I would not use it. No alot is the other product you can buy a Home Depot.

Question: Isn't that a large voltage drop?

As with most numbers tossed around in the vaping world - 'voltage drop' means little to nothing on its own.

Compare it to the voltage drop of the battery under the same load - with no mod or atty attached - it may actually mean something. Different batteries have different voltage drops at different loads. Not to mention the very same battery may have different voltage drops at different stages of its life cycle.
Not trying to rain on Mr. Outcasts parade! That's one niice looking mod you got there
