Good evening
I received two days ago my new Precise + 18500 from Cloud9 in UK. No additional information, no instructions.

Inserted a loaded and working AW IMR 18490, 1100mAh. The original battery as it was suggested by Super T. But this battery is to short. The battery is ratteling one milimeter up and down inside the Precise +.

My Precise + has no battery spring. There is only one spring for the fire button. Should there be a battery spring?

I added the battery with plus pole up, flat minus to the bottom. (But also tried the other way round.)

Webside from Super T Manufactoring had no instructions, how to use the Precise+ correctly.
Webside from Cloud9 had no instructions, how to use the Precise+ correctly.
Youtube had on the first search result page no video, how to use the Precise+ correctly.

I have no information nor a chance to find out by myself, if there is maybe something missing in my Precise+ or why the Precise+ is to long for the recommended battery.

Yesterday I have send an email by the Super T webside contact formular - got no answer. Are they in holidays?

Is somebody from Super T reading here and can help me? The webside from Cloud9 is down till March 11th.

If this sounds to offending, sorry, I am german and english is not my mother language. (But I am also quite angry in this second.)

You should have gotten a rubber o-ring and a few extra washers with your order. You might need to add the extra o-ring by pushing it down the tube from the + to the switch end. Do this then put the battery in and see if it is nice and snug. You will then want to add a washer or two on the switch by unscrewing the post and adding the washers. Hope that helps.
Tschuss.

Yes, one day later I found out, that there is something deep hidden in the "bag" of the Precise +. It is O-rings and round metal plates, I think that must be the "washers" (never heard that word).

I will try out your suggestions. They sound usefull.

(But why is that needed, when I use the suggested and recommended batteries? Why is there no instruction about it? Why no info on the webside? Why no sticky here in the forum?)

Washer does = metal plate. I have never ordered from Cloud 9 but when you order from SuperT you get a page of instructions. The IMR batteries are recommended but they tend to be slightly shorter than the regular batteries (as you discovered) so the precise is built to use both types which is why you get the o-rings and washers.

There probably should be a sticky.

:) Exactly

I am just in this moment perfect vaping with all washers and one thin o-ring. (No "fire" when standing on the table, but directly fire, when I just only slightly rest my finger onto the fire button. Disadvantage: 4 washers means nearly no holding of the bottom screw.) (My english is totally perfect for talking about international footbal with a beer in a pub, but not usabale for describing technical stuff.)

As delivered to you from Cloud 9 Vaping, there should have been instructions, but they may have just forgot to put them in. As delivered it was set up for the AW Protected 18500 1500mah battery. Drop it in and vape. To switch to the IMR 18490, which is a shorter battery, run one thick oring (.100 thick) and one thin (.070) under the battery and run 3 washers under the screw in post on the switch.

Any other questions, feel free to ask!
