I know this is a little out of your realm. Have you thought about making a case that charges them too? I LOVE the celtic knot one, but I'm hooked on my PCC. Trouble is, it's not as versatile as it could be (can't hold a bottle, or assembled e-cig). I don't know if this is something you would be able to, or are interested in, doing. I would buy one in a heartbeat, especially if you could do it with the 5". I carry a teeny purse and like to have everything as compact and all in one as possible.

When I created these, I was using a PCC, too. I thought I loved it. But I tested it and realized that there were only about 6 - 8 full charges in my 510 PCC and it wouldn't charge fast enough to keep up with me on a night out. I'd kill the second battery before the first one was finished charging! Plus they kept breaking on me - I went through THREE of them before I finally gave up!
So, when I searched for these cases, I tried to find one that would hold a MINIMUM of 5 batteries (one full ecig and 4 batteries.)
The "Deep" 5 inch case with 1/8" foam will actually hold up to 9 fully-charged batteries - that's the equivalant of having a PCC and then some!
Basically, these cases let you carry so many pre-charged batteries with you that you don't need it to charge them!
Additionally, the Deep case will actually hold a USB charger, too, if you want to keep one charging at all times. Here is a photo of a case with the USB in it:
Instead of the tweezers, you can put in one more battery and then you can stack 3-4 more batteries on top of the bottom ones. Those are 3ml bottles, but you could put one 6ml bottle instead.
I honestly don't miss the PCC - I like having 5-9 batteries that are ready to go much better. No more waiting to vape while it charges!

Check out this Carved Dragon case, on the 5" brushed gold, that I'm sending out to Linda O. a little later. I did a cutout border around it to reveal the metal and did a raised finish on the dragon - I think turned out so AWESOME! I was really hoping someone would order this one - it's so unique! (The only other one I did so far was for my husband!)

You can put whatever you want in them - so long as they aren't thicker than 3/4" in diameter. I've told mod owners that they are great for carrying bottles of liquid and backup attys/carts/cartos, too. The cases come with a protective, black velvet pouch that one could use to put their device in, instead.
I get the cases in bulk from a wholesaler, so I am limited in options to the 4 sizes I offer. I've been looking for someone who actually makes the cases, but haven't found them yet. The wholesaler obviously doesn't want to share their source and they have told me they aren't interested in carrying a larger size case for me. The two companies who actually returned my call say that the costs to set up the production of my own cases would be pretty prohibitive. I'm sort of stuck.

Shucks, that's a bummer. Could you pm me the model of the case so i can help broaden the search. I would like to help, i think you have a very good idea. The case is very valuable to us pv owners! It's easy, compact, and looks quite durable.

What do you mean by "model?" There is no model number or anything. I just order the cases by size from their site. There are no distinctive markings to indicate the manufacturer, although the supplier says they are made in the U.S.
