I love it, no more worries about it turning on in my pocket while I'm working! Yea, it ain't the prettiest in the world, but it vapes great and sits in my hand really nicely.
Plug, vape, unplug. No switches needed.:p

How about an explanation, break down, step by step instructions? :D

Sure.
It's an 18650 battery inside the 3/4" copper tubing cut just a little longer than the battery to accommodate a rubber washer in the bottom. I used balanced audio cable (3 conductors) with the shield pulled out of it, but any 2 conductor cabling will do fine as long as it is a fairly small gauge. The negative wire runs thru the washer's hole (its pretty small) and hot melt glued in place onto the backside of the washer. The positive wire runs alongside the battery inside the copper and simply folds over the terminal and is held in place by the top endcap.
The wire exits the bottom end and runs into the 1/4" jack where the positive wire is connected to the "tip" terminal and the negative wire is connected to the "sleeve" terminal

On the atty side of things I took a switchcraft 1/4" plug (stereo 'cause its what I had handy), cut the "sleeve" and "ring" terminals off, drilled out the hole where the cable exits to 11/64 and pushed a 510 atty connector through with some gentle hammer persuasion. Wired the center post of the atty connector to the "tip" terminal of the plug. Nothing needed to be done with the sleeve on the connector side since it naturally shorts to the metal body of the plug.

I wire tied the jack to the copper (not my favorite feature ) the next one will use a metal jack or maybe a panel mount jack mounted to another piece of copper instead of a plastic inline one. This one was a scrap bin special but it has really grown on me:p
