Disclaimer: I am a person who likes excess. I usually jump in with both feet and don't look back. I started the e-cig thing because I hate going outside to smoke. My son and husband are both smokers and we were always stinking, trying to cover it up blah blah you know the story

I bought a kit from a local smoke shop and was intrigued enough to start researching. Ordered a Vaporking starter kit and was pretty happy for about 3 days. Don't get me wrong, I think there is a place for the VK in my growing collection.

I've been using an eGo for about a week. I like the cartos and am OK with refilling them. The size is good, not too big and the battery life is perfect for me. I have 2 kits and a passthrough. My husband hogs the passthrough, but that's fine. I don't need it. The batteries last me all day.
I turned the 808 over to my son and he is happy with it.

Today I recieved my Riva. Perfect unit for me. So now the plan is to give one of the eGo's to the boy and we will have the VK for backup. I think the VK is nice as well. It got us off the analogs, but the battery life on the larger units is a nice fit for us. I'm a happy camper.
My family is all smoke free now and will be embarking into the land of juice next.
Thanks for your help

Congratulations on getting your family off to a healthier life together. I just got a 900 mah pink eGo battery from VaporKing for $15.95, first time I had dealt with them and they were great and their shipping was quick. It got me looking around their site and think I am going to order my atomizers from them. Happy vaping!!!!!!

Word of advice from someone who just barely qualifies as "not a newbie"....check out Freedom Smoke USA for juices. I've gotten juice from 7-8 suppliers now and while some are better than others, FSUSA is consistently the best.

A close second goes to Vaporrenu, quality well above average, prices are super low. Both suppliers have very good customer service too.

Good for you! I am glad to hear that your whole family is making the switch.

I got some very good advice today via a youtube video made by Born Against (ECF minor deity) who gently suggests that you shouldn't beat yourself up too much if you happen to smoke an analog, even after starting the vaping life. I think that's what he said... I was too busy vaping and patting myself on the back for going nearly three weeks, and only three analogs.

Thank you all for the help
JFizz.. I like the VK, I just couldn't keep the batteries charged. Mine were always with my husband or son and I couldn't keep track of the chargers. Soluthion: eGo, Riva and a buttload of chargers. The passthrough is great for my DH. I think I have a total of 6 batteries now and God knows how many chargers. Enough for each room and the garage.
Freedom Smoke Juices are on the way and we are looking into nic juice as well. That's going to be my husbands thing. I'll wean off the nic quickly I think and go with just vape. It's more about flavor for me anyway.
This forum is wonderful Happy Vaping
