I ordered from Greenhouse one in May. My order was supposed to arrive in 2 different packages. I finally got 1 package in July but i still am waiting for the other one. I try many times to email the company to know what is happening but they don"t answer,can anybody help me and give hints what to do?

You need to get 5 posts in to get out of the new members section. Replies count, say hello in some new member threads, or comment on gear etc. Then wait till the forum resets/updates at half past he hour. After that you can post in the reviews section.. negative reviews. If they are an ECF vendor they can't post in the new members section. Good luck.

it is not the first time that i ordered from them but it is the first time i got "free shipping"

Generally, ECF doesn't publically list Canadian suppliers due to the existing climate against e-cigs. Especially if the supplier also carries e-liquids. Check out the stickies in the Canada Forum | E-Cigarette Forum
I'm in the US. The past year I've been ordering mostly from:
- Sweet Vapes
- My Freedom Smokes
- My Vapor Store
- Wet Vapes
- Ahlusion & eJuices -- for e-liquid/juice
that is probably what happened I will not comment on Customs because i do not want to get strip searched +++ next time i leave the country. but there is no reason why Greenhouse one is not answering my emails. Believe me i used very polite phrases
