i write here because I don´t know what to do. I wrote 3 times to healthcabin.net and they haven't answered me.

This is the email I sent to them...

Hi Amy, this is the third email I sent to you!

It result that the item with the guide number;: ************ (order #*****) was stoped by the Mexicans customs, so I ask them to return it back to you. So, right now the package is at China back to you.

What can I do now?

Wow, that's not Amy's style. She is pretty good returning e-mails. How long ago did you send one? There was a long time span when they were out celebrating Chinese New Year. Return to work was about the 10th of Feb. I assume they were backlogged from the break. Could this be the issue? Try again.
